On our platform, raffles are clear, transparent, and automatic. Each property has a defined Draw Date, and the live draw is executed on that day, regardless of how many tickets have been sold.
⚖️ What happens in each possible scenario?
❌ No Winner (Unsold ticket drawn)
If the winning number was not purchased, the raffle is declared as "No Winner" and 100% of the funds raised are donated to charity.
💰 Cash Winner (Not all tickets sold)
If the winning number was sold but not all tickets were sold, the raffle is declared as a "Cash Winner":
- ✅ The winner receives 25% of the amount raised.
- ❤️ The remaining 75% goes to the charity.
🏠 Property Winner (All tickets sold)
If all tickets were sold and the winning number was purchased, the raffle is declared as a "Property Winner":
- ✅ The winner receives the property.
- ❤️ The difference between the amount raised and the property cost goes to the charity.
